CJ and Jon have helped me as both a buyer and a seller and I would recommend them to anyone! They are very thorough, reasonable, knowledgeable, and down to earth. They are quick to explain the process and the why of what they recommend and do, which is very important to me. They are big on getting feedback to improve showings and are always going the extra mile. My family has worked with Jon and CJ for over 25 years! We love the Pfaus :)

CJ and Jon Phau have been my realtors since 2011. They have helped me buy 3 homes and helped me sell 2 of them. They are a tremendous team. Jon and C.J. are simply the best!We had a short and sweet home search, but from the day we started working with them they were very communicative, knowledgable and forthcoming about the home buying processand what we should expect from the market in the coming months.When we found the home we wanted, they made sure all the extras and incentives were included in our initial contract, plus C.J. negotiated with the builders to ensure a few items from our inspection were corrected before closing.We will definitely use them in the future and we would recommend anyone in the market for a house (or selling their current home) to use them as well.

Jon and C.J. are our realtors for life. We have bought and sold many properties over our 50+ years of marriage. When we decided to downsize from our home in Gabriels Overlook to a smaller square footage and yard space in Riverview we met with C.J. and John Pfau. They were so professional but personal at the same time. They had observations and suggestions and created and posted a virtual video of our home. We sold in two days to the first person who came to look......for full price.They went above and beyond to help with the new build. C.J. even met me at the design center to help me choose options.
