I absolutely cannot rave enough about Javier and working with him and the Peterson Team without sounding like I have a crush on them all. Javier and his team are TOP NOTCH! I literally started feeling guilty for asking to see properties because nothing seemed to feel like ‘the right fit’ but Javier made me feel ‘normal’ in my home search and always went above and beyond in making himself available to meet up and show me homes I was interested in seeing. After months and months of searching, we found a PERFECT FIT that was actually managed by one of his colleagues- an absolute BLESSING!!! I still can believe how Javi truly cared about ‘my lil rental home search’ as if it was his own. I will ALWAYS recommend friends and family to Javier and his team for home sales and when I’m ready to buy there is absolutely no other team I would trust with this process! Working with Javier Montemayor has been GREAT! We met him at an open house, and he took “The bull by the horns” and made our house purchase a wonderful experience. House just sold after listing in a tough market at probably the worst possible time (November). Curtis was phenomenal! He is both professional and personal. I felt like I was talking to a friend with every interaction. He was very attentive and always got back to me same day, often times within minutes. He gave great advice with staging the property and had a great photographer who truly show showcased our property, even including a video tour. Negotiations with the buyer were a breeze with Curtis’ advise. So glad to be done. Would definitely recommend Peterson Property Group.
