Dwight helped my wife and I move to the area from Kyle, TX. He was very polite and professional. I really appreciated how he would always arrive early and give the property a proper assessment. Then once we arrived he could and would point out things he noticed. He also provided referrals for inspectors, contractors, and other services, which is very helpful when so many plates are spinning when youre moving with a family. I never doubted his intention to get my family into a great home. I have Dwights information in my phone and recommend him to friends and colleagues who need to find a home in this area.

My wife and I found a small ranch property in Lavaca County while doing our own on-line research. We liked what we saw and we reached out to Jeff to serve as our buyer’s agent. We couldn’t be happier with that decision and with the level of service he provided us. His thorough knowledge of the area helped us negotiate a fair price, he met us at the property several times, he was personally involved in the inspection and appraisal processes, and he was always available to us to answer an untold number of calls and texts. Simply put, he provided us with absolute 5 star service. I will, without hesitation, recommend Jeff to anyone in need of a realtor.

My only regret is that I cant give Jeff Pesek 10 stars instead of only 5 stars...I started with Jeff way back in August trying to find a house in the Lavaca County area. Jeff patiently even allowed me to expand the search to towns like Hallettsville, Weimar and Flatonia. We must have visited at least 15 houses until I found the one I wanted in Yoakum.He did a great job of negotiating the price (got it down $10,000) and advising me on issues with the house. In the meantime, I was having a difficult time with the buyer of my home in Katy (it took over 3 months to close) but he patiently went about making the purchase of the Yoakum house as smooth as possible.My lender even complimented him on his competence and professionalism. If I ever had a question or concern he was always available and presented good options.It is without hesitation, I recommend Jeff to anyone in the market for real estate anywhere.
