Love it love it love it they get you in nice and easy they’re not annoying they don’t pop up bothering you they are nice and friendly and I plan to continue to rent from this company and also refer family and friends as well… when things break they fix them asap so far no problems

We’ve been renting a house with performance matters realty for 6 months now. So far it’s been great. The application and move in process was simple and quick. The agent that had our listing is the same one we contact directly with any questions or maintenance requests. We’ve had about 4 maintenance requests since we’ve moved in for different matters but each time I send her a text she replies within minutes and we have someone out the same day if not the next morning to fix it. I do have to go in person to pay rent at the office each month because there is no online method. It’s only once a month so it’s not a big deal. Like another reviewer mentioned, ive never been given a receipt, which is odd. But I do pay with personal check so I’ll always have record of it. We love our house so hopefully we continue to have a good relationship with the company.

Honestly, if they had something available in the area I’m looking in, I would have jumped at the chance. I leased with them for two years and they have been very courteous, kind, and professional. Keep in mind, the home was brand new and I was the first tenant. I only had one maintenance issue and it was resolved the same day. I’lli honestly miss working with them. Thank you PMR!And no, I’m not a bot or a paid for endorsement. I just genuinely feel like they finally got it right 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have to say that I have rented a property from them for 1 and 1/2 years now. Antonio has been very responsive whenever anything needs to be fixed. The office staff is okay. I have nothing good or bad to say. I pay me rent on time and so far they have been a pleasure to work with. The last house I rented was through REMAX, and I will tell you the experience was horrible.

They managed our house in San Antonio for 10 years for us, and we loved how smoothly everything worked. When I called, which was seldom, they still remembered me right away and took plenty of time to talk to me and give any advice I asked for.
