Richard helped us buy our first home. He is excellent, always available to answer naive questions from first time home buyers. With his help we were able to complete the home buying process within our desired timeline. He treats his clients like family members and develops a long lasting relationship. I will definitely go back to him for my future needs to buy/sell homes.

I have worked with Richard on a few homes now. He helped me sell my first home, purchase my second home, and sell my fiancé’s home all within a 5 month time period. He was super patient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Hopefully I won’t need to buy or sell a home anytime soon but I always recommend him to friends and family who are looking at buying/selling/renting.

While it took longer than we both had hoped, Richard was there every step of the way. He was extremely helpful, forthcoming, honest and provided me with great ideas to help me sell my house. Ive used Perales Realty Group a few times now and Richard has always come through for me. He has helped me sell a house when the market was in a downturn when I had moved to NJ already, and everything was left up to him and he got it done. Richard treats his clients like family and is always looking out for your best interest. This last experience was a joy to have him on our side. He is timely with information, on the ball and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Where other realtors will treat you as a side note depending upon there schedule and how big of a fee they will get from your deal, Perales Realty Group will treat you as priority number one.
