Our agent, Claire Mizell, was very professional when we were looking for a rental in the Cedar Park/Leander area. She created an entire itinerary to follow prior to meeting based on our preference discussions. I always felt like she was there for us and took our likes and dislikes seriously. My husband and I were in Austin for a week to see how we felt about the city overall and to hopefully view some rental homes. I submitted a request for more info on the Pauly Presley Realty website and Kaelin Simmons got back to me lightning fast. She was great to talk with on the phone and she took us to see like 8 or 9 properties over two days. I was so impressed by how easy her help made the whole process-- she easily saved us many hours of work on sending our own requests for tours, going to see places that werent located in neighborhoods that would suit our needs (since we knew nothing about Austin), and just generally managing appointments. We ultimately settled on a townhome that was love at first sight and we got approved within a few days. What a great experience. Highly recommend Kaelin especially if youre moving from out of state, she has great knowledge about the market and she is great at making the absolute most of a short period of time for viewings.

Something to keep in mind here is the time sensitivity of the situation. In between Christmas and New Years, I was given a job offer that would include relocation from Orlando, Fl, to Austin, Tx. A move halfway across the country is never a quick and easy process... although, it is! My company sent Philips contact info to me and said I would be in great care! I sure was! He was very quick to respond (even though he was on vacay in out of the country!) and took out his own time to genuinely give to me! I did not do much searching for apartments. He asked me all the question he needed to narrow the search and came back with great prospects. He was very truthful and honest in what he thought about some other findings, whether it was if the location was friendly or not, traffic and proximity to essential places, and of course, if what I was paying would be worth the product I am getting. He found me a brand New Complex! Under a year old, very fair, reasonable, and friendly priced, a super nice location, all the amenities, and a great started deal for signing the lease! I ended up getting the first month and a half free, on top of how much I was saving if I had chose to live anywhere else half as nice! I ended up getting moved in at the end of January! Talk about fast! Took so much stress away! Thank you Philip! He is the real deal!

Our agent was Janell Ohm. She was super awesome, informative, and responded to our messages quickly. She made finding a home to rent and the process of renting through a private landlords super easy. While we viewed the apartments she was very informative in all our questions and if she didnt have an answer she found out within the hour. Janell is kind, disarming, and made our life 100x easier.We looked at apartment complexes with fluctuating rates and private landlords through Zillow on our own and all were disappointing. So we 10/10 recommend Pauly Presley Realty.They have a app that you can download on your phone and it is up to date by the hour that a home is taken. When we signed our lease our home was taken off the market almost immediately.- One small adjustment I would make is the app have a better way to filter the pricing. the lowest I could go was 5,000.

I had never gone through a realtor or even signed a lease for a house before for that matter but she was so professional quick and helpful in finding places that were what I asked for and set up a tour quickly after and she even showed up even in nasty weather so we could see this amazing place and she was so knowledgeable and friendly and so determined in helping my roomie and I find an awesome new home. After the house was found she was super prompt with sending the application, then the background stuff and would always end the day with let me know if you have any questions! I started my journey with Emma but somehow a Lisa responded and automatically started by telling me how I was looking to soon. I already knew this as I was looking sooner than needed due to making sure I found the right place. My lease wasn’t up until July but I started looking into n March. Lisa told me I was looking too early and she’d contact me in a month. Needless to say that left a very bad taste and I almost went in another direction. Thankfully I was able to get back in touch with Emma and she was very professional, cordial and actually listened to us and worked with our needs. Instead of explaining why things wouldn’t work, she found a way to make them work. We found a place and moved in June. Had the other realtor actually asked questions and listed. She would have know we were willing to pay to get out of our current lease and we did. Thank you again for listening and communicating with us. I don’t believe the customer is always right but I do believe in listening to the customer before you jump to conclusions.

My search dragged on for two and a half months, with plenty of plot twists and turns. Brad was patient; he didnt rush me. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and taught me a lot along the way. He was savvy about the negotiating process and, in the end, got me a great price. I always felt that he put my interests ahead of his commission.Brad was also amazingly responsive. I prefer to communicate by email, but he was also available by text or phone. Usually he got back to me within minutes, and always within an hour or two, even outside ordinary working hours. He arrived to showings on time, and he stayed however long I felt I needed to look around. He also arranged repeat showings so my daughter, my son-in-law, and my son-in-laws mother (an architect) could have a look at houses I was serious about.Last but not least, Brad is a genuinely nice guy. Caroline was the realtor I worked with, and so glad I came across her. I was on a bit of a time crunch and had to find a place on short notice that fit my criteria of a 3BR + 2ba with a fenced in backyard, shaded / covered yard, and flat driveway) and she came through very quickly with some options. We were able to tour 5 places in a day and found a perfect match by the 3rd house. They were able to work with my circumstances (having had travelled full time the last few years) and accommodate our housing needs within a timely manner. The process was pretty seamless and a lot less stressful than other realtor companies Ive worked with in the past who were trying to force us to pay a double deposit and fix hVac units ourselves, which is absolutely unacceptable for any landlord to put on a rental tenant. The properties we viewed were all very well taken care of and clean. Michael not only took the time to video chat with us to discuss neighborhoods and all the dimensions we were considering in choosing a home, but made sure he got to know us as well. He was thoughtful, positive, and confident that we would find a great place all along, and was unbelievably responsive throughout the entire time we worked together. When we found a home we loved, Michael even went to a showing in person on our behalf and walked us through the home live using Google Meet! We came away feeling certain that the home would be a great fit for us, and also could rest easy knowing that Michael was there, in person, keeping an eye out for things we might have missed. When we decided to apply to lease the home, it looked like we might have lost it due to the owners deciding sell, but Michael wasnt deterred and pitched us as tenants to the owners, eventually convincing them to choose renting to us over selling! My realtor was Joe Jackson and he was great! It was the first time my roommate and I were seriously looking for an apartment, and we were unsure of how to do it. Joe was very patient with us, especially with our lease ending quickly approaching and us panicking. He was very responsive, and handled the go between us and the landlords so we knew what to do. The process was immensely stressful for us, but I’m glad Joe was there so we could constantly communicate with realtors and put our applications in. I would definitely recommend Paul Presley Realty to my friends.

My husband and I relocated from Alaska and were searching for a place long before we arrived. Janell was kind and helpful when we werent in TX. She checked in on us while we were driving through Canada and half the US. Once we arrived she worked with our schedules and helped get us our apartment. Out of all the people we talked to during this transition, she is the one we chose to work with. Janell is kind, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and determined to do the best she can for her clients. I hope we wont have to use her for a very long time, but shes the first person we will call when the time comes.

There need to be more stars to express my experience working with Clayton Holsey. Moving from NYC to Austin in the midst of a pandemicwas no easy feat. Part of my family had moved to Austin six months ago.I knew I would have a place to go but I wanted to start the search for myown place while still in NYC. I used several different platforms and agents before I got to Paula Presley Realty and Clayton Holsey. I speak from experience, Clayton was the best of the best. I truly cannot say enough about my INCREDIBLE experience with Clay Holsey of Presley Realty. My journey with Clay started when I emailed him back in November of 2020 in hopes to explore the Austin Real Estate market as I was making a huge move from California to Austin. He responded immediately and hopped on a 45 minute call with me to talk through ALL of my (had to be 50+) questions. We landed on starting with a rental to get to know the area and within an hour he had set up a portal for me with ALL of my specifications to start browsing options. When I came to visit Austin in late November to view properties, Clay made the process seamless, extremely safe, and he truly went above and beyond to advise, guide, and get me settled. Clay checked in on me a few months later just to say hi and with genuine well wishes for my new journey. Cut to 10 months later, and the short lease I signed unfortunately came with an incredibly high renewal increase. I immediately reached out to Clay, and within 3 days I was viewing properties and had signed a lease. The peace of mind I have partnering with him is unparalleled and cherry on top is his incredible sense of humor.
