Paul was great! Finding a realtor is tricky these days. I know plenty of people who have had poor experiences, but what we experienced with Paul was the opposite. We found the house we wanted before we secured a realtor and based off a friends recommendation we called Paul & he jumped into action. His responsiveness made the process much less stressful. I would consider us to be relatively high maintenance/high expectation clients, and Paul dealt with us gracefully. If we asked for information- he got it to us. If he didn’t know right away, he said he’d get it to us and he did.When we encountered a speed bump and extremely highly stressful situation on the buy side, Paul remained calm and solution oriented. We overcame and were so glad at that moment especially that Paul was our guy.We appreciated Paul’s honesty through the entire process and was honestly so easy to work with.On the sell side, Paul excelled. From staging/photography and marketing to transaction, Paul did a phenomenal job and was no pressure. When we had multiple offers on our house, he truly let us make the call, and talked through options very well with us. Presentation of information was great and he was very communicative with both parties.On move day, he was SO thoughtful and showed up with Lunch for the move crew. He helped me unload my car and I was taken aback by his generosity with lunch. It was a hit.I’d recommend Paul to anyone! Truly great guy, honest, thoughtful, attention based and solution oriented. We feel as though we made a great choice!
