Ive I bought several homes and I have had several real estate agents in the past. Patty Smith is by far the best ever. She goes above and beyond the extra mile to do what it takes to put you in a Home and It doesn’t end there she She will keep in contact with you to see if there’s anything you need plus invite you to yearly clients/realtor social meetings just to keep in touch and have fun. My wife and I have become really good friends with Patty and now she is working with our daughter to help her purchase a home here in the state of Texas .My daughter lives in New York and says that we are all so blessed that Patty cross our pass and helped us with purchasing homes. Yes, she is truly a blessing as well as a good friend and realtor.
