As as a first time home buyer, I wasnt sure what to do, where to look, how the process goes, or anything of the sort. Patty and her husband went above and beyond to help me and my family find our dream home. Im so grateful for the efforts and care Patty put into the whole process. Any time we had a question, she was on it. I love how family oriented she is. Both of my kiddos have ADHD and it can be kind of hard going and doing things that bring up lots of excitement. She was able to meet their energy during the home tours and that really helped keep them entertained so I could concentrate on viewing the homes. I highly recommend Patty to anyone, first time home buyer or not, shes the best!

I will start by saying I am very skeptical of realtors in general, but Patty exceeded my expectations. We usually buy and sell our properties privately with RE Attorneys, but as out of country sellers, we needed an experienced and knowledgable realtor for our market. Patty got back to us within hours of a fair market listing price. For raw land, we knew it could sit for a while, however we had an offer within one week. Patty navigated a unique closing with Title as we are out of the country. It was seamless, and funded within 4 hours of signing. Id highly recommend her. She also has a very warm and kind personality, and we enjoyed getting to know her personally. We would definitely give her our future business for our other properties in the area, and highly recommend to others!

I LOVED HER HONEST HER PROFESSIONAL WAY SHE WAS SO HELPFUL, WHEN I FELT LIKE THE TITLE COMPANY representative was moving slow,She was able to keep the communication open and we were able to Close on time. She would tell us about every offer that came her way, and she had the respect to consider what we wanted. And received a cash offer and we got our full sell price and closed in on our closing date and all of us received our proceeds the next day and that was amazing especially since their was 5 of us to sign and only 2 of us were in the same city.
