We had a small piece of property that needed to be sold. Patrick and his team made us feel like we were just as important as if we were selling a house. He worked hard and got it sold for us. There were several issues that came up with buyers and Patrick had a lot of them worked out before I even knew about it. He is highly skilled and knows how to make you feel like a friend while being an encouraging support. Both he and Marlene went above and beyond to make our sale as smooth as possible, get questions answered and honestly just reassured us that it was all working out.
