Our experience with Pathway has been spectacular! Rob Stein is an amazing realtor skilled with an excellent work ethic combined with integrity and a sense of urgency that makes you always feel that you are his only client at all times! I mean who can match that combination! Rob looks for the best interest of his clients and will negotiate you the best deal you can possibly get EVERY TIME! Excellence is a norm for Rob and he always strives to exceed your expectation. Rob is the consummate professional but he also combined that with the perfect blend of personal touch to how he interacted us. We loved working with him and very fortunate to have worked with him two times now! Rob is an absolute legend. He is very professional, responsive, and caring. Since I was living in another state, he made time on two Saturdays to show me apartments that I was interested in renting. He’s very reliable and makes sure everything goes as smoothly as possible so you can focus on actually moving. Overall I had a great experience working with him and will use his services again if I need to. Totally recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a reliable agent

While still living in Arizona transferring from here to Austin Texas area on a job transfer I had submitted a post with a picture of my dog to a local Round Rock group on Facebook asking for leads in finding temporary housing for me and my family. Explaining we had dog we were looking for something temporary while looking for a new home. I already had an agent looking for us at the time but was not happy. Good thing we did not sign any contracts with him.At the time my current real estate agent did not seem to have many solutions to help us with temporary housing due to having our dog Daisy. Hard to find a temporary place while having a pet. Rob reached out to me within minutes of my post offering to talk to me and my wife over speaker phone to offer some ideas and over the course of 30 or so minutes had me and my wife excited to have him and Katie be our real estate agent.He was able to explain to us in an easy to understand way on how his team could walk us through this transition and come up with good solid direction on how we can achieve this goals with his and Katies (his wifes) help.Knowing we were still a month out moving to Texas they had us do a video conference from Arizona with them to go over their proven step by step system in which they asked us what we were looking for in a home, what our time frame was and then explained their program on how things would work.I was a bit skeptical at first seeing my last agent we worked with prior to Rob and Katie was lacking in turn around time in communication, being available when homes came up for sale and missing out on opportunities. Rob worked with us while being in Arizona all the way until we set foot into Texas and then after to help us find and secure our perfect home.Anytime I called with questions or concerns he either answered my call or called us back right away. He was able to be straight forward on information and make solid recommendations that we needed showing us he was very knowledgeable in the real estate business. I had learned a lot though him and Katie and I thank you both for that.He also has a network set up with great individuals that can solve your needs before and after purchasing your home such as inspections, insurance agents, construction upgrades, temporary housing and more while finding that perfect home. I was truly impressed with every solution he had found for us during our transition and after.They were very motivated to help us find the right home and were very personable and easy to talk to during our time working with them. Both are very positive individuals that really care about their clients. I felt like I was treated as if we were a part of their family outside their services. They went out of their way for us and I cant be more happy with the results.Positive, Professional, Personable, Motivated, Knowledgeable and well focused would be the words I would describe my experience with them. They really simplified the process for my Wife and I. If we ever decide to sell and buy again they will be the team we will go to.I would highly recommend Pathway Home Real Estate Group to anyone who is looking for a big step above your traditional real estate agent or agency.

Austin Helms was our realtor for our big move we made and he was AMAZING! The whole team was very involved and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. My husband and I are very needy when it comes to selling a house and they were so helpful and kept us calm through the whole process. We were able to be ourselves and felt extremely comfortable. Austin is great with kids too. Lol Thank you Austin and the whole team for making our house sale such a great experience! It could not have gone any better!!
