    I had a issue with my garbage disposal and faucet and they had someone out to fix super fast! The handyman Maurice was excellent and very efficient. I truly appreciate the quickness on getting this resolved. 10 out of 10 Great job!

    I have rented for 3 years and the customer service staff is amazing and quick to get you an answer to any questions. Also maintenance requests get handled in a timely manner, I have never had to wait more than one day before getting a technician scheduled to fix any issues. Very happy I chose to rent a home from this company! 😁

    It has been a pleasure renting with Pat Garrett Realtors. Quick and personal communication in person, by email or on the phone. Repairs, if necessary, are done in a timely manner and they graciously work with you on minor improvements.

    I have been very pleased with the management of my properties at Pat Garrett Realtors. In my opinion they are the best management company in Lubbock and I been with several over the years. I wish they would personally show the properties instead of checking out keys to vacant properties. In my opinion meeting with the prospective renter gives a higher prospect of a success. But that is a personal opinion.They communicate well with the property owners and keep them informed.A Great Company to deal with.

    I am BEYOND happy with our rental house through Pat Garrett. My husband and I were desperate for a house trying to find something fast. Mary Lou is such a blessing for this place and she has always been the sweetest and helped us with everything we have needed! The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful with our rent if we ever needed to be late they were understanding and have NEVER hounded us for rent. If there ever was a problem with the house somebody was out that day to fix! You won’t be sorry to choose them as your realtors

    Walked in, and was greeted very cheerfully and warmly. When explaining our upcoming move from Colorado, they listened to our needs, budget, and time frame and found a very good looking property we were immediately interested in. While we havent yet entered an agreement with this management company, the friendly service we received in a quick drop by impressed me a great deal. Looking forward to proceeding with this company in our move to Lubbock.

    PG did the property management for my home for 2 yrs. They made repairs, screened renters, and kept up with the paperwork very well. Their prices are fair and their work is reliable.

    My house sat empty for several years as it was in poor condition and not rentable; and I live outside the US. I met with Pat, she managed the renovations much less expensive than I could have imagined, and has been keeping it rented out for several years now. She took a liability and made it an asset. I would not consider another agency.
