Sean was a great agent - he was able to help us find our perfect home very quickly. Also, his keen knowledge of the market and process allowed us to get a great deal on this home in a tough market. Something I am sure we would not have been able to do with another agent that was not paying attention to details. Sean and his team were also very upfront with communications and helped us navigate the process easily.

My wife Anna and I were first-time homebuyers that needed a little hand holding at first so we actually started working with Sean Parsons but ended up hitting it off with Scott Griffis on his team and closing on our home and moving in on Halloween of 2017. I can honestly say Scotts 1st our friend, 2nd hes our realtor. Hes a good listener, always thinking about your needs as a buyer, is easygoing, and great attention to detail. That meant a lot to me since wed never gone through this before. And both Sean and Scott have a lot of personal experience buying, selling, renting, and renovating homes so theyre a wealth of knowledge. We ended up finding our home in the NE Richardson area.
