ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN BEST REALTOR WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! Rob went above and BEYOND helping our family sell my brothers home in Carrolton! We live out of state, my brother isnt able to remember things on the house and Rob did SO much extra that any realtor would/ could have done! My brother had to be moved into assisted living, is deaf (Rob signs!) and it was a huge fiasco so far as the condition of the house was. Since we live so far away, Rob arranged MANY fixes, personally fixed things himself ( repaired the fence & other things-, oh, my!!) got estimates (and got us a much better price on several expensive repairs!), met the repair people there - and made sure the place was clean, in order, and looked excellent for the sale. I have personally moved a number of times and NEVER EVER had a realtor THIS GOOD, THIS HELPFUL, knowledgeable, KIND, patient, professional and on top of all that- he is a REALLY nice, personable guy! Ooooooh!-- he worked SO hard- with a great outcome. We NEVER would have managed without his expertise!!
