Great experience working with Susan on the purchase of our home. She provided excellent consulting to us throughout the entire home buying process. When the first house we were making an offer on accepted another offer, Susan quickly sprung into action to prepare a more attractive backup offer to the sellers within minutes. Highly recommend her to anyone in the market. Will be using her again to sell our old house.

Susan was such an amazing person to help us as we looked to buying our first home. Buying a home is stressful enough, and being a first-time homeowner adds its own anxieties but Susan was there every step of the way to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and ready for anything that came our way. When I began the process of looking for a home in Austin, there was no question that Susan would be the one to help me find it. She helped sign me up for the MLS app so I could search for homes in my desired zip codes that fit the price range, square footage, and amenities I wanted. After getting to know what I was looking for, she also sent me recommendations for good fit properties I might have missed. She was always readily available to accompany me to look at listings, and she has an eagle eye for things I might have overlooked on my own.Once I found *the* house, she did everything she could to make sure our offer was accepted. She was aggressive yet impeccably professional in getting things moving along, and her communication was always clear and responsive. We worked with an incredible inspector she recommended who found a few big things wrong with the house, but Susan - knowing how much I loved the house - did everything within her power to get the seller to fix these issues quickly, with quality repair people, and without compromise.I could not have asked for a better realtor to hold my hand, guide me through the home buying process, and advocate for me in finding my first home.
