Pam and Bill are the ultimate team!! We actually met them at an open house they were hosting and decided to call them because we had such a great feeling after meeting them. Wow, did we hit the jackpot!We had the absolute best time working with them to buy our new home in Lake Highlands. They were so knowledgeable with all the areas of Dallas that we were looking at which put us at ease and was so helpful to narrow down our search.Pam was so helpful with communication throughout the whole process of buying. She always responded so quickly to all my questions with such helpful answers that really gave me peace of mind even in the crazy real estate market that we were in. Pam was always on top of scheduling showings for us and got us in to all the houses we wanted to see EVERY weekend for FOUR months (and it wasnt just one house each weekend. It was usually 4-5 houses each time!).Bill has the BEST eye for pointing out things throughout the home for us. He would help us spot items that might need a repair in the future or could be a future renovation and then would give us estimated costs and/or how to fix it ourselves! We were so thankful to have his handy knowledge to help us weed through all the homes to find the perfect one for us!Pam and Bill always made us a priority and we could feel the sincerity from them every moment we spent together. They knew what meant the most to us and always put that first when advising us. We have stayed in contact with Pam and Bill after closing and they have continued to help us with questions, repairs, and preventative maintenance!
