Oz reality is TRULY a step above. I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with Eliza and her staff. Anyone who has purchased a new home in the past realizes how stressful it can be. Simply finding the perfect house is hard enough, but when you have a house to sell a house contingent in your offer, it makes it worse. Eliza would always work with us to make sure our offers were competitive in the houses we were interested in without over paying. She’d let us know when it made sense to counter or just walk away. In the end, we felt we got the best price for our house. However, it didn’t stop there. Dealing with all the inspections, reports, and appraisals can feel like your reading something written in a different language. It was never a worry for us. All of the staff at OZ were SO friendly and would walk us through any of the questions we had. They would follow up to get answers if we needed them and would make sure we were comfortable at each stage in the process. Even at closing, we had a last minute issue come up that could have derailed our whole deal. This was after we had already sold our other house and needed to close on that one or be in breach of contract. We were almost in complete panic, but Eliza made sure to work through the issue professionally and represent our interest completely! We felt from the beginning to the end that we were treated as if we were the only customers they had. Yes, I would recommend Oz Reality to anyone!
