I reached out as a last ditch hail Mary after encountering many obstacles with little way forward. This call singlehandedly turned everything around and I am proud to say I closed this week on my first home. Let me start by saying we used Only 1 Realty Group (Devon Smith ) to buy our first home and he was outstanding.Before calling him I had gone through different realtors and service was good and understandable but let me tell you Devon Smith went beyond, A good friend of mine recommended his services and after being hesitant to call, I finally did. I looked up his reviews, their rankings were excellent their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their job.We spoke with Devon on Sunday morning before going to church and then met with him at the location within an hour. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were scared and excited at the same time.. this was our first house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood that we were unfamiliar with. Hey guys.... where should I start? hmm... well I was helped by Matilde Lerma and I would recommend her 100%.**** I wanted to start the process of a purchase which I was nervous about it. As of right now its on my end to fix my credit but she did all her best to try to help me. Once I told her if she could help me getting a rental for atleast a year so I can fix my credit and hopefully go back for house shopping she didnt think about it, same day she started sending me a list and sending me appointments to view houses. Well Matilde never gave up on me and she said I will get you a house! and she did! after getting denied or someone else getting the house... I was able to get a house for my kids and I. With the market being super competitive and a bunch of cash buyers and investors out there, I thought it was impossible for me to find a home. It was very disappointing getting out bided all the time by all these investors. I wanted to give up so many times but luckily there was Adriana, she is the best! She always comfort, reassured and motivated me all the time and kept me going. Not like other realtors out there who don’t even return your call or email, which I had experienced in the past... Adriana is super responsive, she would return my email, text or phone call immediately. Always keeping track and giving me updates of everything. Without her, I would probably not be able to buy.
