When I called Monica for the first time, I thought my husband and I would be buying a house, and we did eventually, but it wasnt until several months later. Even before we got to the buying point, Monica was responsive and helpful. She never pressured us to buy before we were ready.When I called Monica several months later, she got right on helping us find our dream home. She took us to every house we wanted to see. She took detailed notes so we would remember all of the pros and cons of each house we looked at. She never told me no when I asked to see a house the same day. She was very honest and direct with us.When we found our home, she was with us every single step of the way from putting in our offer and keeping us calm while we waited on a response. She was in constant communication with us, and she never left us wondering what was going on.
