Rebecca Cucovatz’ team was amazing. W did hit hiccups, but no matter what Rebecca and her team where there to handle all. Rebecca and team are professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They did not mind educating me in the area of real estate and eased my concerns when I did not understand something. I would highly recommend this company if you wish to sell your home. On top of everything, you get a personal touch of caring which is very rare. Thank you all!

I was very satisfied with overall service provided by One Plus realty. I was looking to lease or buy in an active senior retirement community. Over a period of about 3 months i was shown multiple properties that were close to my requirements and assisted by the company in making offers but never quite made the cut However on property showed up and I was able to make an offer and within 24 hours it was accepted . Dan Hultman was able to get me to close within 2 weeks of offer and everything went very smoothlyGreat people to work with!

Hands down the best company I have ever worked with. I used them 11 years ago to buy my first house and the experience was excellent, I have referred them to friends and family and they were amazed as well, so now 11 years later I used them to sell my first house and to buy my new build.
