I could not recommend Tyler enough! As a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge about the house buying process. Enter Tyler to make it such an easy and painless time.I had a basic idea of what I was looking for in a home, but Tyler really helped us narrow it down. He showed us 5+ options at a time so I could really get a feel for what I did and didnt want. He knew before I did that I really wanted a pool, so he got together all of the houses with pools in budget. We were out almost immediately after that looking at all of these options.Tyler was also very honest with what was realistic in this market. There were some houses that just werent the right fit and he made sure to let us know and explain why.Once we found the right house, the offer process was a breeze. Tyler used his market knowledge and previous sales to put in an offer for us that was fair for both parties. Once they accepted we got the inspection and Tyler was able to negotiate on the findings. We ended up getting the house under list and asking price with some money back for repairs, which was a huge win!He took me through every step of the process in-depth and it was almost like he was buying a home for himself. I really felt like I could trust him 100% with every decision and he cared about finding us a house we would love.We closed just last week on our home and Tyler is already sending me all of his preferred vendors for appliances, repairs, and home remodels.He left no question unanswered and was always a text or phone call away with an immediate response. Tyler truly is the best of the best and I will recommend him over and over again!

In 2018, Ive written comment below. In 2020, weve purchased another property in Dallas Metro, and Tylers expertise was, once again, stellar! Hes gone above and beyond and hes found us a better property than we could have imagined. In 3 years, there has not been a single moment that Tyler took longer than 5-10 minutes to respond. Hes always been kind, professional, and its almost as if he is solely working for you. In 2018, Ive said Tyler has been one of the BEST working relations we have had, and I can confidently say that again in 2021.Tyler has been one of the BEST working relations we have had so far! Tylers local knowledge is stunning. Tyler knows the area very well, and he will point out any detail regarding a property immediately. Tyler does not simply set up a portal for you to take a look at properties, but he will manually search the market every day to find the best fit for you. Tyler does not try to sell you any home but he tries to sell you THE home that fits best to your needs. Tylers process expertise was amazing for us as we were not in TX when we were buying the property. However, Tyler handled each and every step very diligently so that we would not need to worry. Tylers responsiveness is great, it has never been more than thirty minutes for us to get a response from him. He always responded to our e-mails, texts, or calls immediately. Tyler does not push any single method to communicate and he is very open to your preferences. Tylers negotiation skills are excellent. Tyler knew the property values very well, and he will not let you overspend on a property. Tyler acts as if he was buying the property for himself. Overall, our experience has been great, and we hope to work with him in the future again.

Tyler Was an amazing real estate agent to work with and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. He made the process easy especially during Covid and was very helpful and attentive and great at communication throughout the entire process. He was always available to respond to any call, text, email or question we had throughout the entire process, and made sure to check on our house during the snowstorm when we were unable to drive there. We were moved in and settled into our first home within a month of finding it, and that is truly because of Tylers help in preparation and setting expectations.
