Im a homeowner and I recently engaged with Vijai after a horrendous experience with a different Property Management Agency. The difference has been night and day so far, with Vijai showing me in every step of the way about his quality of work. He provides access to homeowners on a Tenant portal where every transaction and communication is kept transparent. He strikes an excellent balance between a homeowner and the tenant - having the owner weigh from a tenants perspective. He never suggests anything unreasonable for the homeowner. He took care of many essential maintenance issues and making our home ready for the next tenant. He is always prompt in communication, even if its after office hours or over the weekend. From beginning to end, he really was on top of everything, and hes very knowledgeable about the local market, anticipating potential issues etc. He was always hustling to find the best price for all the rehab items within his deep contractor network. The market did soften when we listed the home, but the flip was successful despite the market and that was mainly because of Vijais ability to keep the rehab costs low.
