When we first started working with our realtor, Mary Wise, she was just beginning the process of getting her real estate license. While she was doing this, Drew O’Farrell was working with her and so he helped us and I cannot say enough about him and the company as a whole. We were selling our first house and buying another. They were so patient with us, they advised us well in regards to the contract and they literally walked with us every step of the way. To be able to deal with Mary and Drew simultaneously as the broker was amazing and I felt so comfortable and confident with them throughout the entire process. 10/10 would and have recommended them to ANYONE I know looking to buy or sell a house.

My husband and I used O’Farrell in 2017 to find our house and we had a wonderful experience! Our realtor, Mary Wise really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of promptly and effectively. We have recommended her to other friends and they all say the same! When it comes to finding the right house in the Houston area, this is a great company.

If I could add more stars I would!! Cathy Hart did such an amazing job at helping my husband and I find our forever home. This year has been a crazy one and we almost gave up on looking for a home, but Cathy Hart worked so hard for us and took her time to show us so many homes. She was so patient, kind , was very informative and knew exactly what we wanted in a house. Cathy and the O‘Farrell Realty team really made our house buying experience easy and wonderful. We are so happy! I highly recommend Cathy Hart or anyone in the O’Farrell Realty team to help you find your new home!

I would recommend OFarrell Realty to anyone I know. They are the most genuine people and always have their clients best interests in mind. Our experience with Mary Wise has been amazing and I cant say enough about her (and her company) to justify just how amazing they are. They are ALWAYS quick with any requested information or showings. Love this company!

We used Mary Wise from o’Farrell realty and i can’t say enough good things about our experience! She went above and beyond in so many ways. You know that she truly cares about you, the client, and does everything to make sure things go well. She was always available for every question, phone call, document prep, etc. i would (and have) recommend her to anyone who wants to have a great experience and walk away after the process loving their realtor!

I read on here, someone who said that O’Farrell “can’t keep up with the times” - which is exactly as to why I would recommend them in the first place. The real estate industry has slightly changed with technology but as far as impeccable customer service, communication, and integrity... Those assets are timeless and that is why O’Farrell has been a force in Friendswood real estate, as well as the overall construction of Friendswood.If you want professionalism, trust, integrity, legitimate negotiation, and sincere values, then this company is for you.I highly recommend them from personal experience and recommend you give them a call to see for yourself.I worked directly with Mary Wise and cannot speak high enough of her. Not just from a business aspect but from how she conducted her character.
