We had the best experience using Kurt at Oak Story Realty! His professionalism is unmatched. He went above and beyond to answer all questions throughout the process of selling our beloved home as well as purchasing our new home. He has such experience in looking at homes that he knew the majority of things that the inspection would find far before we even put in an offer. When nerves were high with any of the process, he calmed them with his expertise and friendliness. He made the experience easy, seamless, and fun. He is so responsive and even still helps us 6 months later with questions on tax forms! You will have no regrets using this company to sell or find your next home.

This is belated. I should have done this review a while ago. VERY impressed with Kurt K.’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability. Before Kurt, I was always nervous that a contract detail would be wrong, based upon prior experience with another well-known firm. When dealing with Kurt, however, I was finally able to relax about the details. Very, very pleased. Will definitely use again in the future if the need arises. Thank you so much!

Kurt was a dream to work with! He was very understanding of our concerns and helped us find a home we love. He was an advocate for us when our seller was a nightmare and ensured that our home was in tip-top shape before we moved in. I could not imagine this process without him. As far as I’m concerned, there’s not another realtor in town I would recommend besides Kurt.
