    DONT THINK JUST DO IT! When we had damage to our home the insurance company denied us and we were heart broken, then we were introduced to Sam Mirza. He fought for us for months never taking no for an answer and got us the money we needed to get our repairs done.     I was denied on my roof claim. The insurance adjuster told me that there was minimal damage. Then Sam with NXT Adjusters came in and advocated for me. They were able to get me a full roof replacement! It took some time but I am very happy with the outcome!

    NXT got the job done and I’m grateful. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the communication was not as good as I would have liked. I got weekly “We’re working on it” emails but never spoke to anyone until I threatened to seek legal advice due to the long amount of time everything was taking. Even after that I wasn’t notified of what steps had occurred unless I asked. Again, they got the job done and that’s the most important part. My advice to NXT is to have a phone call with the client and explain what’s going to happen and what to expect.
