I cannot say enough about Lexington Wright our realtor. She kept me informed and organized every step of the way. She was so easy to get a hold of and was always willing and able to answer every question that I had. She met with many possible buyers and contractors and really went out of her way to make sure that this transaction closed smoothly. She was also instrumental in helping our office relocate to their new home and we are very happy with that choice at the moment. Also, probably my favorite part of working with Lexington was her shrewdness as a negotiator, and I mean that in a very good way. When we settled on a sales price I was certain that after inspection and negotiation we would have to come down another $20K or more and we only gave back $8k largely due to her skills and advice as a negotiator, I know that she makes a commission off of everything but let me tell you that extra $12k doesnt make her that much but it made a big difference for me on this deal! I would choose Norther Crain Realty for all future commercial transactions. -
