Brittany Frost spent so much time trying to help my wife and I find a rental home. We visited many different homes and when we found the one we wanted she made sure to keep us updated on contact info and once we moved in she made sure we were happy with our decision. She had even left us gifts as welcome home presents.We highly recommend her and will be happy to use her services again when we buy a home!

We put our house up for sale, the first realtor we used over priced the house and we could not even book a showing. We terminated that realtor hired a second realtor but I believe she was to busy trying to flip a house….had a showing but the people did not like the way the house behind ours looked so she just let them go instead of seeing what we might could have done. Terminated that realtor and felt I was at my wits end. As frustrated as I was I got on the computer searching for a new realtor and came across Home Light were we found Melissa Hailey. Best thing that ever happened. Met with Melissa put house on market with her company and the rest is history. Sold our home and moved into our current house. I do believe Melissa was the angel I needed after all the frustration I went through.

Jamie helped us buy our first house last December! It was an excellent experience from the start--which started much earlier that year, since we needed to improve our credit first (and we did, thanks to a referral on her part!).She let us know all the ins and outs of home buying I didnt know about, including possibilities like writing a letter to the seller when we were in a multiple offer situation. She even went terribly far out of her way when we started considering more rural options (though we ended up sticking to a suburban area)! She was also amazing at negotiating repairs and money off for our house, which ended up selling for more than 10% under the asking price (plus they fixed a ton of things first!).Id highly recommend her as a realtor--shes also very personable and friendly, and was totally understanding/involved in our long, rambling commentary on the pros and cons of each house we visited :D
