We had an amazing experience with North American Realty! Carlos and Adriana were excellent every step of the way, ensuring we were well represented and got the lot and upgrades we wanted for our new home. Carlos’s 30+ years of experience in real estate were invaluable! He truly became like family to us, making sure everything was done right with no shortcuts. I got the opportunity to work with Carlos and his team as I attempted to save my deceased mothers home. She unfortunately didnt leave a will behind which left my siblings & I in a tough situation to try to save her property. With many months trying to figure out the appropriate method to avoid foreclosure, Carlos and his team guided me through this process with such patience, great knowledge, and reassurance. Working alongside Carlos and Juan, I was able to become the new home owner of my moms residence and am currently in the process of renovating the home which Carlos is still helping me figure out. As a 25 year old new to being a home owner and understanding the ins and outs of these new responsibilities, Carlos and the North American Realty team have been my saving grace as I truly would not be where I am at today. This journey has been very scary to pursue, but I have been in such great hands. This team is here for my best interests and I couldnt be any more thankful. I will continue to work with Carlos and North American Realty for as long as I can. I recommend anyone seeking to become a homeowner, looking for a property manager, renovations & more, this is the perfect, humble group of highly experienced people to work with! I stayed at the guest house at 3420 Pershing drive in El Paso through furnished finder. North American Realty owned the property and were model hosts. So attentive to our needs when it came to service requests, the property was clean and well stocked with supplies. The owner of North American Realty happened to live in the main house who we got to know. Over the course of a month we became life long friends with the owner and their family. Wonderful people who are willing to do anything to ensure your stay is as perfect as possible. I whole heartedly recommend anyone to utilize North American Realty as they will treat you like family.

When I was looking for a home to rent, other realty companies did not want to give me a chance to even apply because I was not living in El Paso. I was relocating from another city and needed to reserve a home for my family and I. North American Realty was very understanding and helped me reserve a home. They communicated very clear and thankfully I was able to rent a beautiful duplex for my family.

I rented a furnished home and was very happy with the home and I was treated as a guest as apposed to just another renter. They were so very helpful, trustworthy, and patient as I had a very strict schedule and was working a lot of hours. You cant do any better.

It’s a hidden cabin in the middle of the city. A perfect hideaway if you want a quick getaway. This place is perfect if you want to just escape and relax but don’t can’t take off too far. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower makes you feel like you’re in a luxury spa. I loved staying here and I would love to return again.
