As first time homeowners, we were excited to start our search for a house and Norma was essential in this journey. She is very patient explaining the buying process and you can notice her experience when she gives you tips and information you wont find online or on your own. She found several houses for us that fitted our needs and she was quick to point out any issues with the houses we visited. Sadly, in this market our search quickly turned out to be an emotional roller-coaster. Every house we were interested in, quickly became a bidding war and we started to get tired of that. If it were not for Normas experience, wed probably had postponed the purchase of a house. She noticed our disappointment in not finding a house that we could buy/win and proposed to expand our search to other areas. We were not completely convinced of this but as soon as she showed us the first neighborhood we got excited again and since the house she found for us was new construction, we didnt have to compete for the house. We fell in love with the house, the neighborhood, and specially the price. Even when it was in an area we didnt know, we knew it was the right one. In retrospective, Id say that Norma knew what we needed before we knew it. Were very satisfied with her professionalism and experience and wed certainly choose her again.
