    I put my farmland up for sale 5 years ago. I was with a different realtor to begin with, and about all he did was list the property on various sites. This realtor did do a drone video of the property. However, after a year or so, with no activity, I contacted a different realtor. Once this realtor heard about my farmland, he told me Donnovan was the realtor who specialized in that type of property (farm and ranch). Boy, was he right!!Donnovan listed the property after contacting the previous realtor and purchasing (on his own dime) the drone video. It wasnt long before I began to see activity. He brought me multiple showings with at least 2 contracts every year. Through no fault of Donnovans, the contracts all fell through until this past month. Throughout this 4 year process, Donnovan was the most responsive and professional realtor I have ever done business with. In addition, he was personable, caring, and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I feel like he gave me great advice each step of the way. Donnovan Jackson is a fantastic realtor that really knows his trade! I highly rcommend Donnovan and his company.

    Maryam was beyond what we could have ever imagined. Her professionalism and quality of work go above and beyond. Purchasing a home can be very intense and sometimes frustrating. Maryam was the best communicator between us and the buyer and she responded and acted on requests immediately!! Our process went so smoothly that our friends cannot believe that we had no hiccups.     My experience with Noble Group Realty while in the military as well as a retiree have been only but the BEST. They are not just in the real estate business looking to make a buck out of you, they really make you feel like you are part of their family.They showed you locations, explained everything in details, gave me information about how much the buyers wanted as well as rental options, Inspections, and Titles. They stay through the process, work with you until the job is completed and even after the closings they check on you.They will never pushed you into making any deals until you’re fully satisfied. You ask for what you need, looking for, and they immediately execute on the process. Am extremely satisfied. I recommend Noble Grp Realty because of the outstanding service and professionalism.     Let me tell you about Donnie and EVERYONE on his staff! This guy went with me in 2011 to actually purchase a home and the housing manger tried to add extra earnest money. Donnie, looked this rep in the eye and said, “you are not punking my client with that!” He then took me to Cibilo at Riata Terrace and we contracted on a house and he took it upon himself to foot my earnest money and worked the deal in my benefit that took off nearly $60k on my home. Not saying Donnie can do this for everyone, but what I’m trying to say, Donnie will do everything in his power to get you the best affordable home for YOU and will go to the end to do so! They truly care about you and then comes business!
