The market has been slow for us realtors lately. Carlos and his team at No Worries were so great to work with. My client was trying to sell his house that wouldn’t pass inspection. It was sitting in the market for months! Carlos came up with an offer that was more than fair and bought my clients house with no problems. The whole process was so quick and easy. They closed in a week! It got me My biggest commission check to date . I will be bringing all of my clients to the Carlos and the No Worries team from now on!

Had a great experience working with Carlos he was very patient and understanding,And made this difficult and irritating process an easy one. I had orders that my unit was going on deployment in two weeks, and Carlos kept the situation calm and gave us a fair offer and got us to the title company immediately.While we were in escrow my orders were pushed back six weeks. Carlos had no problem letting us stay in the house for 4 more weeks after we closedI highly recommend working with Carlos and the team at No and Worries Home Sale over and over again!

I recommend using No Worries Home Sale.10 years experience and it shows. Selling my home this time around was fast and literally No Worries. I knew what was happening every step of the way. compared to the time before. Their price was competitive to the value of my home, and they were very supportive through the whole process. They answered all my questions in a way I could understand. And I had a lot lol.I used a regular realtor the first time around, and closing was a slow process It was a little stressful, and I seriously didnt expect them to take so much of my sale price. At least here I knew exactly what amount I was getting.Money in 7 days is the freaking awesome. With the realtor it took 2.5 months.
