Met with a representative name Sammy, Ill be honest, my first impression was this man is obviously very young. After speaking to him he made my wife and I very comfortable. He was able to answer and get answers if he was unsure to the questions we had. We are still communicating on the property that was shown, I would recommend this realtor.

I have been a Realtor in Fredericksburg for over 25 years and all that time when anyone was looking for a rental in town I would recommend them to call Nixon real estate and rentals. As most Realtors do not work with rental properties and Nixon has more rentals in town then any firm. They have a staff of five experienced staff in working with setting up showings, working on applications and if they manage the property a maintenance staff to work on any problems that arise. In fact as of last year after renting from Marian Nixon she stated she needed someone to show clients rentals and since I had retired and needed something to do I renewed my license and begin working for Marian and now the market is crazy as we no sooner get a rental then we have eight or more people wanting to see it.
