We worked with Amy and it was an incredible experience. After several frustrating months of house searching, we met Amy who actively listened to our needs in a new home. My fiance and I cant recommend Laura Hobbs & Nix Realty enough! We are first time home buyers & Laura went above and beyond to help us get into the home of our dreams! The process was not an easy one but Laura stepped up to the plate and made sure to help us get into the home we wanted. She was responsive, attentive, and very informative the entire way and truly advocated for us until we got our home! We are so thankful to her & her team at Nix!

When my husband and I read the review from Dozi , we were completely surprised and disappointed that someone would write a review that may damage the reputation of one of the most professional, experienced, and patient individuals.We were the sellers in this particular story. This is what actually happened..Inquiries and conversations about the property had been happening between the potential buyer and our agent Nena about a month before an actual offer had been made. The offer submitted was so much lower than our asking price- it was rejected. Working with our agent Nena, we kept negotiating toward an acceptable price. Just when we thought everything was moving forward , we were then asked to move some piles of wood from the property. Our land was already cleared. The potential buyer wanted everyone to make assurances and make inquires of others, and do all the other legwork for the modular home he expected to place on the land. As a courtesy, we helped him with what we could but felt like he was overstepping the boundaries of a potential buyer . He kept going back and forth on conditions to a future contract. While we as sellers were hopeful, we never progressed to an actual contract with this potential buyer.“Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans.”It was very soon after we last heard from this potential buyer, that we received an offer at our asking price. No extra requests, or conditions.Throughout this experience, Nena was awesome. She kept us informed with all inquires and made sure we understood everything during all steps in the process of selling our property. Nenas communication was clear, consistent, and carried out with a professional calmness. She became our agent because of her great reputation and she did not disappoint us. We will gladly work with Nena on other real estate needs and will continue to recommend her to all our friends and colleagues.Thank you Nena!
