We connected with Nina before we left our home in Washington State while we were looking at relocating to Texas. From the beginning, we felt that Nina ‘got’ us and quickly developed an understanding of what we were looking for, and helped us through some unrealistic expectations. When we arrived in Texas, while living in an Airbnb, she immediately took us around and showed some houses to us. We liked what we were seeing and I think it was only the 3rd such viewing session when we found a house we liked and decided to make an offer. The house was a desirable residence and as Nina suggested, it would receive multiple offers on that first day of being on the market. She helped craft an offer that was not unreasonable to us, but was a strong offer for the sellers. Buying a house, especially in todays market, is an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process, but working with Nina and her assistant Nikki made it so much more manageable, and sometimes, even pretty fun.Nina came to us highly recommended, and we quickly figured out why. Nina goes above and beyond just showing you listings. She takes the time to educate you on what to look for and why (and has some great remodeling ideas!). The first time we made an offer, she spent hours on the phone with us explaining each section of our contract and making sure we understood what we were signing. And when we had an offer accepted, she was ready with all the resources we needed to move forward, and had our home inspection set up before we even asked. Nina is a one-stop-shop for any home-buyer and we were really lucky to have secured her services! My wife and I very recently relocated from NJ to Frisco and were first time home buyers. Right off the gate, Nina set up multiple calls with us to understand exactly what we are looking for and gave us options that met our criteria. We arrived in Dallas and within a week we submitted our bid on our dream home! While the short time was shocking to most – it was only because Nina spent a good two months working with us and preparing for our arrival. She was amazing in giving us her points of view on multiple properties that we thought would be good for us but had some significant downsides (backyard facing main road, far from highway, etc.). Nina was not just a realtor that presented us options, she worked WITH us every step of the way and equipped us to pick a home that would be a good choice for my family. Nina’s services don’t just stop at your selecting a home; if you need someone, Nina has just the person you can work with to get it done (home insurance, interior designer, utilities set-up, etc.). We were planning to sell our house and initially had 2 agents who we were not happy with. We wanted to hire someone who can best represent our home with invested interest on us. Even in this crazy hot market, we realized how much selling and buying can be stressful and finding the right realtor who can to understand our needs is essential. She is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and trustworthy. Nina and her assistant Nikki were super helpful, and patiently explained every step of the process as many times as we needed! She also thinks long-term - she’s not just concerned about getting you into a house now, she’s thinking about how to get you out of that same house in 5-10 years. This means she won’t rush you into a subpar property for the sake of getting a quick commission.Nina understands that the offer that wins in a multi-bid situation isn’t always the highest offer, but often goes to the party that’s smoothest to work with. As a result, she’s extremely conscientious and always has her paperwork in order, but is still willing to think creatively to help her clients beat out the competition.Finally, Nina has a network of equally competent people around her to take care of financing, inspections, turning on utilities, and renovations after closing. We found our ideal home, thanks to Nina!!We started our house-hunting in Collin county (Mckinney - Frisco - Plano) area with a tall list of specification for our ideal home. I worked with two or three different agents before Nina who mostly tried to impress on us homes that they felt we should buy, rather than trying to understand our what we needed in a home.With Nina the home search process was lot different - she focused on understanding our requirements, what mattered the most to us, what our constraints were and she added to the list things that added market appeal to a house.With that long list of specifications, we looked at houses all over the Collin county almost every weekend. But soon, Nina setup a report for us, which she constantly refined based on what we liked in the houses we saw - so we were rather looking at houses in smarter way, than spending too much time visiting cookie-cutter houses. With each house we saw, Nina would point out the highlights of the house that made it appealing, and after the visit talk about the market appeal and other limitations of the house. We were amazed by her attention to details.We went through the offer process with three - four houses and with each offer, we were glad to have Nina in our court. She is a shrewd and seasoned negotiator with our interest at heart. As first time home buyers, Nina made the daunting task of purchasing a home so much easier than we imagined. Nina was super patient, responsive, and available throughout the entire process for all of our questions and concerns. She was very accommodating to our work schedules, making herself available after hours for showings and responding promptly on short notice to see a hot property the day of listing. Nina provided valuable insight on important features to look for in a home beyond our initial “wants”, such as location, proximity to major highways, good schools, upgradability, etc.We bought during a very hot market in a common price range and ultimately put in three offers: two were accepted (we stepped away from one) and one was second choice for the Sellers. We wouldn’t have been able to build such strong offers without Nina’s experience.Her expertise really shined when negotiating on our behalf. Our inspector found a leak that was unknown to the Sellers who were reluctant to accept responsibility. Nina is amazing. She did a fantastic job selling our home as well as helping me purchase another home. She was highly professional yet friendly and patient in guiding me through the whole process. She was spot on in helping me de-clutter and stage the house; as I was looking for other homes for me, I couldnt help be amazed at just how many realtors DONT counsel their clients on this very important aspect. She is also THE reason that I got the house that I did; I was outbid on my offer by thousands, and was like 5th or 6th on the list of offers. However, when the buyer backed out, instead of going to the next offer, the seller came to us solely because of Ninas professionalism and initial due diligence (since the buyer hadnt even met me). You definitely want Nina working FOR you instead of on the other side.

Ive bought and sold few houses in different states and worked with several realtors, both as buyer and seller agents. I consider myself savvy and as a buyer, I usually find the properties myself, research as much as I can and needed buyer agents for showing and everything else that comes after it. As a seller, Ive considered available self-sell tools (like FSBO) but always decided to use the services of a seller agent. Obviously, referrals are the best source but I didnt like realtors referred to me by friends/family members. So, I yelped and facebooked and googled and researched and found Nina on my most recent sale. As can be imagined, popularity comes with its own caveats, main one is risk of being spread thin, not being able to devote sufficient time for every listing due to volume and likelihood of high value properties that would make modest/cheap listings less important for the agent. So, I called and asked her point-blank how does she get around this conundrum. She said she will do a lot of leg work before putting on market and that was exactly what she did. She has a knock on how a property could be prepped well so it will appeal to buyers and go quick. She priced, marketed and timed it well that there were several offers within a couple of days. Now, its true market conditions will have a role. However, I believe Ninas insight made the process less painful. I liked how she prepares a comparison sheet of offers that made it easy to decide. All in all, I think Ive seen a few and I can say Nina is the real deal when it comes to realtors.
