The little tokens of appreciation Ive received on special holidays are a nice touch that shows the consideration and dedication Nikki has for the work she does. I would recommend Ms. Hall for anyone looking for a quality home buying experience. I am very content with my forever home, but should I decide to buy or sell in the future, Nikki will be at the top of my list for agents to choose from.

Nikki did such a great job helping us in our home buying process. She was very patient, clear, and intentionally. She left no stone unturned and made sure we knew what we were getting into. I really appreciated how personable she was and that she never pushed us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. Nikki wow, just wow! Our experience with her was above and beyond my expectations! Like way above and beyond! In this market and this atmosphere I know it’s a sellers market but with limited buyers due to rate increase and inflation on the homes I thought his process was going to be long and drawn out until Nikki showed up and put some expectations that blew me away. The amount of time she said she could get our house sold and for the price she could get for us was far beyond my expectations. So of course we decided to work with her! Her communication through the whole process was amazing! But what was even more amazing, is that she even exceeded the expectation she laid out for us. House sold in less than 30 days! which just seem unheard of all due to her work and hustle with getting with the buyer and us. I still feel like this process was all just a dream it happened so fast! Thank you Nikki from the bottom of the Krel family’s hearts!

Nikki Hall helped us through the entire process, even when we got a cash offer through another company to compare, she was just a phone call away to help translate what was going on. She didnt try to persuade us or bad mouth the other company, she simply explained what the other company was saying, just where I could understand what was going on. ( The cash offering companys presentation was very confusing, when explaining their process)She didnt try to strand us along so we would go through her, she let us make our own decisions on rather to go through with her, or take the cash offer. She told us up front what to expect, and what she could do, and how she does it. I have to say her presentation alone was so much more understanding and professional than what the other company was ( the one giving us a cash offer). I really appreciate everything she has done for us, and going above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the house we were looking at to rent, it was out of her jurisdiction, so she made sure that we had the best realtor to get us a rental on the beach, and had us in contact with them from day 1. I cant brag enough how professional she was, and honest from the get go. THANK YOU NIKKI FOR ALL THE HELP, going above and beyond even when you didnt have to. Anyone in the Dallas metroplex I am sending them her number 1st if they need a realtor.
