We found Nicole on YouTube while looking to purchase our new home in Texas. She responded immediately and was on it. Nicole started to send us daily updates on all the home available in our price range as well as for what we were looking for size wise and amenities. We flew out to Texas for a weekend. Nicole had everything all set up and ready to go for us to find our new home. We just sold our home in Arizona and had 1 month to move out. When I say Nicole was awesome she was awesome. We found our new home in 1 day and started the process. Nicole was very involved extremely informative and helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with purchasing a new home. We went back and forth between a couple of lenders and Nicole was all in trying to make sure we went with the best lender. There was many late night text that she responded to promptly with us asking her so many questions. Nicole was a breath of fresh air through this entire process. Nicole helped us sell our home in the Cinco Ranch area. We were having a new home built and had a tight window to get our current home sold. Nicole provided a detailed analysis of what we could expect in price and gave us some great tips on preparing our home for sale. Nicole brought in a team of professionals to stage, photograph, and to video our home to go on the market. We had a steady stream of buyers come through the house and we were able to successfully sell the home. As a testament to Nicole’s marketing of our home, another home directly next door to ours went on the market at the same time. That home had very few visitors and was not able to be sold, even though the house was priced less than ours. Thanks again Nicole for your help!

We recently relocated to the Houston area from Birmingham, AL. Prior to initiating our move we started looking at houses/townhouses in the Uptown area and Nicole was the listing agent on one of those properties that we wanted to see. Nicoles communication was extremely good and super prompt; so much so that we asked her to be our buyers agent on the other properties we were wanting to see. On short notice she booked all the properties that we wanted to see. 2 days prior to coming to Houston to look at properties we had to switch gears and focus on the Sugar Land area. Nicole cancelled showings and scheduled new ones in the area we were wanting to live. We found 2 properties that we were interested in and Nicole was an excellent negotiator - keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Also - we closed in less that 30 days and Nicole was instrumental in pushing the title company, lender and the sellers agent to meet our desired move in date! Thanks Nicole - you rock!

Nicole was truly heaven sent!!! From the beginning she was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgable of the market, end kept us constantly informed throughout the process. We were in the process of selling to prepare moving to a new home. Our home was on the market for some time with no active buyers, so we ultimately decided to give up. Nicole sent a video text which caught our attention and we reached out. She provided insight on staging (do’s/don’ts) and did a tremendous job marketing our home (Facebook, instagram, TikTok, X, etc). In two week our home was under contract!!! With all my anxiety and doubts, Nicole made me realize that my dreams to purchase my first home alone as a single mother was possible. After my divorce I did not believe this was possible. The price of homes, high interest rates and teacher salary, I faced many obstacles. Nicole was professional, dedicated to the process and remained in contact with me every step of the way. I believe she was even working in her sleep. She was dedicated to make this happen for me. Not only was she professional but quick. Less than a month I had my contract signed and a brand-new home to move into. Unfortunately, due to circumstances that were out of my control, I unable to move forward with my contract.
