We literally left the county and traveled to the other side of the world, and we were at complete ease on our vacation knowing Nicole was in Austin and would handle anything that may have needed to be addressed in our absence. We returned to the U.S. on a Thursday and closed on the following Monday. She knows Austin, TX and she will price your house right. While deciding from a number of agents with whom to work when we first moved to Austin 6 years ago, we met Nicole when my wife and I stopped by one of her open houses. We chose to work with Nicole because she took her time to make sure we decided on the right place, even though we decided on renting at first. Without giving it a second thought, we called her when we were ready to buy. Her professionalism, great attention to detail and follow-up, even months after closing on our home, has been of great value to us. If you are looking for an agent, look no further!

Nicole was a joy to work with earlier this year. She stays on task, and insures that the seller addresses any issues found. Nicole’s due diligence is unbelievable. She found out that there were several city permits created by the seller that were still open. The seller legally has to resolve those permits prior to have the ability to sell, but had we not had Nicole doing the research, we might have proceeded with the sale had the seller not disclosed them! I would work with Nicole in a heartbeat, and I recommend her services to everyone.

Nicole is great to work with -- shes patient, she looks out for what you want, and she doesnt push you into anything youre not comfortable with. My wife and I first talked to Nicole about two years before we actually bought the house were in now. She kept an eye out for properties we might be interested in, and showed them to us from time to time, even though she knew we werent quite ready to make a move. She neither forgot about us, nor flooded us with things we didnt want. When we (finally) got serious, she did a great job selling our house and helping us find a new one. She found some great properties, and had some great ideas for ways to get into what we wanted at a price we could afford. Then she handled the negotiations and all the details of the closings exceptionally well. Shes incredibly professional and hard working, as well as personable and a joy to work with. I would go back to her again, if we had to move again.
