Nicole did a great job to sell our house in a month. She has deep knowledge of selling a house, including before listing, when listed, house valuation, and market dynamics. She provided detailed instructions on getting the house ready before listing the home, which made a big difference.

I invited 3 experienced realtors for the interview to sell our house. I received 3 very different opinions. Nicoles suggested listing price was $700,000 over the other experts in the zip code and I had only 3 months to sell the property outside of the hot covid market. Nicoles analysis of the market and the property was spot on. House sold at the listing price and in the time period needed. She and her team also assisted with logistics, clean up, and move out exceeding all expectations.
