Nicole Agnew goes above and beyond to help ensure that her clients every need (and even desire) is met. She was very thoughtful and intentional with every home she showed, and her expertise shined as she helped us understand aspects of home buying that we may not have clearly understood or been familiar with. She also made the selling of our home so easy and efficient. In a challenging market, she used every creative outlet she could think of to help us successfully sell and buy the home our family needed. We are so grateful for her guidance and input. We have truly never felt more settled and at home than we do now, and we have Nicole to thank for this.

Nicole was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. My wife and I have used her twice in the last 3 years and would recommend her to anybody. We had a communication issue with our first lender and we were unsatisfied with them, 10 days out from closing Nicole was able to get us in touch with a second loan officer and as a team we managed to get everything done in less than 10 days! She always made herself available for any of our questions or to go view a house. She made the stress of buying a home as manageable as possible.

Nicole was great throughout our entire buying process. She was very thorough and explained things very well. I never had a hard time getting in touch with her. I was very emotional with the entire process; leaving my first home ever purchased. Nicole was understanding and listened to my wishes/wants/needs. She was never pushy and always helped me see the bigger picture. When it came to negotiating Nicole fought for us up to the very end making sure we were taken care of. My mom passed in April of 2022 and Nicole was so generous with her time, knowledge and sensitivity for our family during this time. She kept up with our progress in preparing the home, got great pictures of the house, and made sure we felt in control of the entire process to honor my mothers home and pass it on to the buyer without ever making us feel like we were pressured or hurried while working through the process. We received a great value for the house and the closing process was handled quickly and efficiently. We are extremely grateful for everything Nicole has done for our family.

Nicole was fantastic to work with during the purchase of our new home. This was the first house we bought in Texas, and the process was a bit different for us. Nicole is very knowledgeable about real estate, and this helped us understand those differences and what they meant to our budget. She helped us navigate this market on a short timeline and always reminded us of our initial requests when we tried to step outside them. Nicole is easy to work with, very friendly, and works every angle of the purchase. I would highly recommend giving her a call.

While we were touring houses she gave great advice and showed me what to look out for. You can really tell she cared that the house fit my lifestyle and budget. Overall, Id highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying property, first time or not.
