Nick was amazingly helpful when I needed help finding a house to rent.Two friends and I had been looking to rent a house unsuccessfully for a couple months and had been working with a realtor who was inexperienced and generally unhelpful. After deciding not to work with her anymore, we decided to work with Nick on a recommendation. It was not easy to find a landlord that would take three college guys with a dog, but he was extremely diligent about following up on possible houses, he was knowledgeable about the market, friendly, and just helpful in every way. The market was crazy at the time but he helped us find a place that was convenient for all of us with different schools and jobs, allowed pets, had a yard, was updated, and at a reasonable price.Im extremely thankful for his help and the house that we ended up in. I cant recommend him enough.
