We have bought many homes over the years but never has a transaction gone so smoothly. First we discussed parameters for our search and Travis Nichols gave us an immediate response of quite a few houses. As we looked we realized we needed to tweak a few things and that opened up an even more specific search. Everyday we were given new listings that matched all our criteria. When our perfect home appeared in our email, we and Travis acted quickly and overcame a short bidding war and got our new home! I have several friends that sell real estate but I wanted the best and Travis filled that role. He was super knowledgeable about the city and neighborhoods. The whole process of signing and submitting paperwork went great as well as scheduling surveys and inspections. We would highly recommend Travis and the Nichols group for anyone that is looking for a house and doesnt want to be a learning experiment but work with true pros.

Travis and his team are terrific. They were always very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind during the entire buying process. Travis made sure that we were aware of all the houses that fell within our search area and was always a straight shooter on telling us whether the house was worth it or not. He has a great knowledge of the area, along with price trends and expectations for various homes. Once we were under contact, he was able to get all of our inspections scheduled very quickly, and was able to get quotes for the items that showed up. He seems to have a guy for everything, which made getting repairs done a lot easier. If we ever have to go through this process again, I hope for our sake that he is still working because I would not want to use anyone else.

I recently bought a house where Travis Nichols represented the seller. Despite being on the other side of this transaction I was so impressed with Travis’ extreme professionalism, transparency, and overall responsiveness that I decided to hire him as my agent to help me find a tenant for my former house that I am now using as a rental property.Travis was very helpful and open in explaining the entire rental process thoroughly, advising on what small tweaks I could make to better present the house, researching the comparables market, fully answering my many questions on the broker contract and tenant lease, procuring professional pictures of the property, creating the MLS listing and cross-listing across multiple platforms, showing the property multiple times, negotiating lease terms, and securing the new tenant.
