We met Nichole whole house hunting a little over a year ago at an open house in a room full of other realtors and she most certainly stood out from the rest. Nichole had this big smile on her face that was so welcoming and inviting and she was so sweet. We began chatting with her about buying and explained we already had a realtor (one we hadn’t chosen but was given from requesting a house viewing via trulia). She replied no worries and offered to send us some helpful information on house buying anyway because she truly cares about people and wants them to know everything they’ll need to know going into the house hunting market regardless of who they work with. This stood out to me a lot about the type of person she is. My husband and I left the day saying “if we ever sell or buy a home again, Nichole will be our chosen realtor! Fast forward a year later after buying a house, we unfortunately had to sell due to unexpected military orders. We were sad but Nichole made us EXCITED to sell our house! I was so nervous because we had just purchased it over a year ago with expectations of settling down but military had other plans for us. All we wanted to do was break even with selling our property. We stressed so much about not being able to sell our home but Nichole came in with such natural confidence and reassurance. She believed in us and we believed in her and as a result sold our home for much more than what we could have imagined! She was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had about buying, loan options and recommending a housing inspector. We decided on buying new and it was great to have her along the way to review the contract and helping understand all the details of buying a new home. I now have worked with Nichole twice, 1st as a 1st time buyer a year and a half ago and this time selling that home. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and she answered every single one and made the process so easy and fun. We were in a different state and she did virtual tours for us and it was so awesome. As she walked through she told as everything she saw and smelled throughout each home! Crazy stuff happened while closing on that house but she made sure she communicated everything and we knew she was taking care of us and never felt lost or forgotten about. As a first time home buyer I didnt realize how amazing she was until I bought a different house in a different state and didnt have her to work with. After that I knew we had to work with her to sell and seriously another amazing experience! We sold for way more then we thought possible and it was so simple. Again weird stuff happened with this one but she was there every step of the way knows when to play hard ball and I completely trust her. Seriously you will not regret working with her. ProvidenceIm notorious for not answering the phone when I have calls from people who arent in my phone. That usually works for me as I get what I think is more than my share of anonymous/junk phone calls. I looked at the screen and decided to pick up.It was the best decision Ive made in a long time.Nichole started solving my problem from that day and helped me meet my goal which was closing on and moving into a house in Bell County before March 1st. I had certain constraints and parameters that affected the pool of houses available. We had to go through several elimination tours and there were a couple of offers that were not accepted but I was able to close on a beautiful home before my deadline.I am forever grateful to her for her assistance with this project.
