My Wife and I recently bought our first home with Seans help. Sean is a great and knowledgeable realtor with a keen sense of the market and great insight into neighborhoods. He helped us find a home, negotiate sales price, and even helped us get money back at closing, making the whole process easy. Seans also hilarious, so youll have an especially good time checking out homes with him too.

Sean is an extremely helpful and personable real estate broker. He immediately started on our search for a home and gave us leads on those that were about to go on the market so we would have an advantage. He always picks up the phone and never made us feel bad for asking questions. He also fought for us when a buyer tried to low-ball us on the sale of our house and he also got us money back from the sellers of our current home after the home inspection. Hes found two homes for us in incredibly hot neighborhoods. We would definitely use him again.

As a first time home buyer, Sean was a huge help! If I ever have to do it all over again, Sean will be my first call. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was always willing to drive far and wide to help me find the exact first (and hopefully final) home I really wanted. Im just now coming up on my first year of ownership, and I think I can safely say, we did it! Thanks again for everything. My husband and I were referred to Sean by a friend who used him as a realtor a few years ago. Sean really knows the Austin (and surrounding area) market and was able to give us great insight. He is very down to earth and told us his honest opinions, and he is super knowledgeable about what pitfalls to look for and if you need to worry about this or that. He really helped guide us through the process as first time homebuyers. He has great recommendations for Home Inspectors, repair guys, and mortgage lenders if you need it.

I met Sean through word of mouth. He is a great agent. He was available 24/7. I was buying in Texas from NYC. He gave daily updates on new properties that were coming on to the market. Once I narrow down my search I flew to Texas. He showed me the properties I wanted to see, as well as the surrounding area for shopping and at my request local hospitals. I will definitely use Sean again for any future purchases.
