Lidia García was referred to me by a mutual friend. My intentions were to get some info to start preparing to buy a home but she helped me buy my first home a month after my inquiry. Since I was only going to get info, I did not have details on a budget so if you are looking to buy it would help to know those details in order for her to provide options when you’re ready to bid. Also let her know if you have any deadlines to move, she helped me move before my previous lease was up. I would also suggest to have things in writing with sellers. I’m happy Lidia was my realtor because she helped me buy my first home during a very competitive time. I didn’t have to settle for something less than what I wanted, it’s a new build and the location is ideal.
