He was knowledgeable, transparent, great with communication, scheduled the showings with us promptly, and answered endless amount of our questions since it was our first time buying a house. Considering how indecisive I was in what I wanted, he always stayed patient, professional and made me dig deep on what I truly prioritize. I started my home buying journey in November 2022, really not know where to start. It was where I met Phong where I finally got some sort of direction. He took time to sit me down and walk through the home buying process step by step and had an honest conversation with me about my budget, home preferences, and expectations. He took that information and made a plan for me that was easy to understand and digest. Fast forward to March 2023 and I was finally able to close on my first home! Phong really went above and beyond to make my home buying process as stress free as possible. He would set up and visit countless homes to view, answered all questions that came up, and would make sure that any deal that was presented was fair on the buyer side.
