We have had the pleasure of working with Cristi on three projects now in Waco. She helped us sell a student home we had purchased, and my daughter purchase her first home. She recently helped my son purchase a condo to occupy while at Baylor. It is difficult handling these transactions as an out of state parent. However, she made each process stress free and helped down to the smallest detail. I am pleased to say there were no unwelcome surprises in any of our transactions. She has also recommended great individuals to work on projects. Cristi is very detail oriented and hasnt missed a thing! She quickly prepared a list of homes and wanted to make sure that she was on the right track with the homes she provided. She was ready for action at a moments notice and showed great pride in her job. Not only were her communication skills exceptional, but her talent at staging the home were such that I wished Id had her decorate when I first moved in. Kara was determined in her drive to get my house sold as was evident by her masterful marketing, follow up with other agents, and her ability to listen. Kara went above and beyond in that she was willing to meet repairmen when I had a conflict, assisted me in making repairs after the inspection, and compassionately guided me through what I expected to be a stressful process, but ultimately was not because of Kara. 5 stars!
