Stephanie is absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I were new to home buying, and heard horror stories from family and friends about the whole process but Steph guided us through seamlessly. From every late night text to early morning calls, she was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethic is remarkable. We cant speak highly enough of Stephanie and look forward to working with her in the future!

Stephanie is an amazing realtor to have on your side when assisting you to find your new home. She listens to what your looking for and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. She is flexible taking into consideration the working professionals needs. The thing that my husband and I loved most about StephAnie is her ability to become a member of the family during the home search process. She always made herself available to answer questions and because there is always the chance that things don’t go as planned she helps with finding multiple solutions to resolve the issues but still get you to your end goal. StephAnie also has remained a great resource to us throughout homeownership particularly during property tax season and also when deciding on home improvements and the added value it might have in future sell. I highly recommend her and her team!

I hope there is not a character limit on this post, because I could go on endlessly singing the praises of Stephanie and her team (shout out to Erica, Stephanie’s right-hand agent!) at Next Door Realty! From the very first meeting—down to the tiniest of details at an open house—all the way through closing and beyond, Stephanie continued to surpass all expectations. You’ll notice that I did not write “beginning to end” because I truly feel that once you work with Stephanie you will form a connection that does not end with the signatures on your closing documents.I believe that at her core, Stephanie is relational. And it is because of her love for others, that she is so successful at what she does. Sure, she loves houses. But what she really loves is seeing good people find the perfect place to call a HOME for their family. She invests in you and your dreams—not the other way around.As I mentioned in the beginning, Stephanie is very detail-oriented, which serves her well in her thoughtful and thorough communication, but also in the impeccable design choices and the little things she does to make you feel valued or your home stand out amongst the rest. She truly listened to me and made sure that she didn’t waste my time with anything other than exactly what I was asking for. I am confident that her relationship-driven approach allowed her to understand me as both a person and a buyer, in a way that most agents rarely take the time to do. Her patience to stand by me as I turned down house after house—to no fault of Stephanie’s but because it was just not right—is a true testament to her character. She made herself available to me at a moment’s notice, always making sure that I would not miss out on an opportunity to view an in-demand home during a very hot seller’s market.Stephanie’s responsibilities as an agent were to represent our best interests in a real estate transaction; however, I can honestly say that she went so far above and beyond that—countless times I witnessed her put the needs of others before her own—real estate or otherwise.
