Iva was an amazing asset during our home buying experience in Denton! She was so knowledgeable about the area and really listened to our specific needs. Iva found us our dream home, within our budget and in the perfect location! She also went above and beyond throughout the home buying process. From negotiating, funding, inspections, contractors and more she gave us great referrals and helped coordinate timelines and appointments. She even offered to accept some deliveries for us after we closed since we were living across the country. Truly exceptional service and a great Texas welcome!
