Newcomb Realty Group is great, but what makes it great is the realtors and their staff! We had the pleasure of working with Mona Moreland! We were doing a corporate relo from Orlando to Houston and had no idea where we wanted to live because we had only ever been to Houston once or twice! She recommend schools to research, areas to look in, etc. We knew we wanted to be in a radius of my husbands work and she stuck to that. We also had a budget and she wasnt someone that was like well then we need to actually look at houses in the price range because we can negotiate it down. We personally hate that because what if they dont negotiate down and that is the house you love... and now you cant get it. When we found the house we wanted she negotiated it down without us even having to ask... we figured it being a new build there wasnt room for that but she proved us wrong. I cant recommend Mona enough! She made the buying process so easy for us.

They were so accommodating in doing video walk throughs, and helping handle things like inspections when we were not even in town yet.
