A lot of realtors think they know Austin, but Kory actually does. He grew up here and knows literally everyone. From the mortgage bankers to the sellers, buyers, contractors, you name it and he knows them and has a relationship with all of them. Which was important for us because timing in this business is key. But his talents didn’t stop there. His industry knowledge kept us abreast of our negotiation positions and how to use them when the timing was right. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
